“Is it just me who struggles with listening?” When you come to a Circling™ Method workshop for the first time, one of the first things you’ll notice is how difficult it is to hear another person’s perspective in a way that has THEM feel as if you completely get where they’re coming from. This is a shocking realization for some people who previously considered themselves ‘good listeners’. For others, it’s a relief to know that it’s not just them. As it turns out, everyone struggles with listening and fully getting someone’s world. The truth is, the conventional ways we’ve been

It Takes a Village When I look around, it seems more and more like we are becoming a world of individual, disconnected humans: – Contact with friends is increasingly via texts, emails and social media and less in person time with each other. – Exercise is more likely to consist of solo practice like yoga and treadmills and less team sports or games that require cooperation & trust and build community. – Relaxation happens more with Netflix and meditation than walks in nature with friends or communal gatherings. – Healing happens in a therapist’s office vs. with those we know,

This is a rare video’d demonstration of me leading a circle in the Art of Circling practitioners training with one of my students. Ram Das was one of my (Korenna) favorite teachers. Always so full of joy. His laugh exuded divinity. The way he honored children moved me. He taught me that growth doesn’t need to be difficult, painful, unpleasant. And that presence, silence, and acceptance can be powerful. Sounds True is gifting people an audio file of his teachings. I encourage you to check it out. https://content.soundstrue.com/remembering-ram-dass?utm_source=bronto&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=C191223-RamDass-Tribute&utm_content=In+Gratitude+for+Ram+Dass&_bta_tid=07210315115476418810300132720953912286774294184645745954775468825361799215906516989714379608462931955972&_bta_c=k50d92skpmsw6twovwn3avqj7sunlRemembering Ram Dasscontent.soundstrue.comA Remembrance and a Gift of His Teachings
