Now that we have completed the first three webinars of our learning journey to regenerate bioregions, we would like to share more information about where we go from here.From the beginning, Penny and I have envisioned the full six months of this learning journey as having two phases — each lasting for three months. Something magical happened in the last week as Penny Heiple and I traveled through Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. Last Thursday we had a very special work day in Bogota with members of Territoria, Paisano, Azai Consultores, and our new foundation Barichara Regenerativa to design a regeneration fund for the Northern Andes. Yesterday we gathered with teachers, parents, and regenerative practitioners in the community who work with children. It is becoming more clear that we can begin a Waldorf model focused on two levels — children between the age of 4 and 6; and children ages 7 to 8.We are also seeing how the donations raised so far for the school can help support reforestation efforts and restoration of the Barichara watershed.
