Who will work on what? πŸ‘‡

No matter the form “Roles” in your organisation take. You still need to figure out who will work on what – because things need to be done.

πŸ’š When we define roles in our team, or allocate tasks, we usually start with three questions:
1. What are your skills, your strengths, your expertise?
2. What are your learning goals?
3. What does the organisation need at this time?

πŸ“– Most people will end up with a portfolio of roles and tasks:
βœ… some things they really love and are good at
βœ… some they’re learning about
βœ… and some things they may not be very excited about, but they do for the good of the collective.

πŸ‘‰ You can regularly review the role allocations to make sure the workload is balanced and everyone has opportunities to grow.
