Welcome to our event ’Come Away’ in a fantastic environment, on our island Norra Ekskäret in the Stockholm archipelago. The island is a meeting place where people can come and just be, but also meet others who are inspired by the values ​​and questions that move in the networks around the foundation Ekskäret.

’Come Away’ is an invitation for you to create the experiences you long for, in a context with others. Maybe you long to work at your computer in nature? Meet like-minded people and hatch new ideas? Get away from the family and have time to reflect? Or are you at a turning point in life and want to give yourself time to think about what the next step is?

We have a program, but you create your own days and participate in what you want. Maybe you want to actively create something you long for? A coaching exchange, a wild evening dance or a sharing circle? We wish that ’Come Away’ is a context where you are infected by co-creation and dare to try!

On the island we will a chef that will prepare our food, a few organizers who hold the strings a little extra and our Elders who welcome us to the island and hold, together with nature, a space for what that will emerge.

The schedule for the days is:

– For those who want, we start the days with a walking meditation led by our Elders around the island. Sauna and morning swim for some. We eat breakfast in silence.

– At 10.00 we have a check-in circle for those who want.

– The morning is devoted to individual or self-organized activities.

– Joint lunch with interesting conversations and meetings.

– The afternoon is devoted to individual or self-organized activities.

– Joint dinner with interesting conversations and meetings. – After dinner, for those who wish, joint exploration of the Inner Development Goals various dimensions, led by various guest facilitators.

– The evening ends with a sauna and night swim for those who wish.
