✅ we stop spending a long time in decision-making trying to predict the future
✅ we shift some of that energy into the Retrospectives
✅ we experiment and move quickly, and then stop to reflect, learn and adjust.
⏪ What is a retrospective? It means to look back at the recent past to understand ‘what are we learning?’.
Why? Because the future is so unpredictable (and Covid-19 was a big – unpredictable – surprise, right⁉️)!
