Retromat – Inspiration & plans for (agile) retrospectives

๐Ÿ”ฎ Would you like to know the future of work?

Sorry, we can’t help you. BUT ๐Ÿ‘‡
Today we want to share with you how we adjust the organising posture of the teams we work with.

๐Ÿ“‹ Here is our method:
โœ… we stop spending a long time in decision-making trying to predict the future
โœ… we shift some of that energy into the Retrospectives
โœ… we experiment and move quickly, and then stop to reflect, learn and adjust.

โช What is a retrospective? It means to look back at the recent past to understand โ€˜what are we learning?โ€™.
Why? Because the future is so unpredictable (and Covid-19 was a big – unpredictable – surprise, rightโ‰๏ธ)!

๐Ÿ“š Our favourite resource for creative retrospectives: https://bit.ly/3uZdfTW

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: The more complex, uncertain or innovative your working environment is, the more time you should spend making small experiments and reflecting on their success or failure.
