We are really excited about the upcoming courses our amazing collaborators are hosting!
.
During April and May, Lana Jelenjev – Community Alchemist will be hosting two interactive workshops to help us explore and understand the journey of change.
.
Lana is a Filipina, now based in the Netherlands, who designs spaces for “KAPWA” (shared inner selves) to flourish. She guides leaders and changemakers in re-imagining, designing and facilitating spaces for belonging, liberation and healing.

🔸 Understanding Change
📆 27th April, 9:00 – 11:00 or 15:00-17:00 CET – on Zoom
.
This introductory session will focus on the Satir Change Model and the 7A’s for intentional change. It is for individuals who are leading teams, designing programs, offering products and services with an aim to transform people’s lives.

.

🔸 Designing Change
📆 2 weeks course. 8th – 17th May – Mondays & Wednesday 17:00-18:30 CET – on Zoom
.
In this course, we will break down different components of the change process starting with “who” we are serving. Evolving from Why/How/What by placing the Who at its core and depicting it as a spiral to reflect its dynamic nature. This major shift from Why to Who enables us to design change that is relevant to who we intend it for.

.

Join us if you are curious about how might we design transformative organisations that can enrich the lives of those we serve.
