How does interacting with the world change ChatGPT (if at all)? For example, all the prompts and responses. All the new information being input / embedded. Durable change?

Hey @balajis – why not create a Network State (the Ark) dedicated to making “flight to BTC safety” as easy and available to everyone as possible? i.e., the Ark will have best of class access to BTC rails? It will promote BTC friendly legislation. Etc. Etc.
