Vulnerability requires courage >>> Being vulnerable is not easy, but is the key ingredient to build trust and safety in relationships.
We know that it can be hard to open up and show yourself if others don’t do it too… The thing is that vulnerability requires courage. It needs someone to start, because it works in loops.
What does it mean? This means that if I’m vulnerable and I show myself more authentically to you, then it’s more likely that you will notice it and respond by opening up and being vulnerable in return.
In that way we create a loop and make vulnerability part of the norms of our relationship.
