Change is difficult. As individuals, we deal with change continuously in our lives. It is the same for organisations that we are part of. A global survey conducted by McKinsey revealed a less promising truth: most efforts to fundamentally change the trajectory of an organisation fail. To be precise, seventy percent of transformations fail.

Transformational change requires individuals to behave differently. To navigate change, we need to develop the capacity of individuals involved in the change process to understand change.
