Thoughts and prayers alone are not enough. However, sometimes everything and anything helps. Long-time integral teacher and coach Nomali Perera leads us through the Buddhist practice of “exchanging self for other.” In so doing we are able to contact the suffering in non-local space, and bring wisdom, courage and compassion to all who need it. Ken Wilber turned 73 years old yesterday. For this purpose, The Ken Wilber Gratitude Fund (KWGF) was created and has been maintained. A while ago, our IEC co-founder and co-director Bence Ganti and our friend John Dupuy, founder of Integral Recovery synchronistically felt the impulse to create a flow of energy that would circle back all that we have received from Ken’s work—to him. Ken Wilber is a cultural treasure whose writings and insights are transforming the lives of countless people worldwide. For decades, he has provided us with an inspiring role model in the way he embodies his teachings.

Vladimir Putin’s ill-conceived war on Ukraine reveals a hidden aspect of consciousness evolution: newly emerging stages are seen by existing stages as a regression.
