In the last 24 hours, the Regen Foundation has affirmed all three of the criticisms I made here in their responses… now I leave it for others to learn from as we move on to real regenerative work. Quoted feed from @cognitivepolicy I was very disappointed in the Regen Foundation for the way they failed at discernment, did not care at all for relationships, and walked away from working with a real-world landscape. Just going to let this be known for the sake of truth.

For all who want to see the misinterpretation that Austin made while refusing to speak to me during the months of October, November, and December. For the record, his story is not true. Quoted feed from @_newcubes_ @cognitivepolicy Chiming in directly here. We didn’t enDAO earth regenerators because we were not confident the grant wouldn’t be even more divisive to a community who was clearly splintering.

This is really happening… Quoted feed from @RootingExplorer Had an inspiring conversation yesterday with @pennyheiple and Anna Purpera about bioregional Design Labs. Feeling how potent and orienting it is to design around actual landscape and community opportunities and challenges. How fresh. How embodied. How real.

Living into the emergence of regeneration at the territorial scale… here in Barichara and also with activation teams in other landscapes around the world.

There is wisdom in Ayelet’s observation here… Quoted feed from @ayeletb While some are fighting, pioneers are creating healthy lives and systems. To break free, we create and return to natural rhythms and harmony. No longer dividing. There are much healthier options when we focus on what’s actually possible

We are in a beautiful process here in Barichara to disperse @gitcoin funds into several regenerative efforts. At the same time bringing together governance, cooperation, and integration at the community scale. Creating a living prototype of bioregional investment platforms.

We are organizing our first “bioregional updates” session for members of the design school — where teams on the ground in different bioregions share what they are learning with each other. Feeling the importance of these exchanges for the future of landscape-level efforts.

Joe Brewer retweeted: Just arrived somewhere with a vibrant local culture and a real sense that bioregionalism can happen here. I’ve been reflecting on the many reasons why that is and something simple popped up. The use of cars here is minimal. Most people walk. Most people talk.
