This is a question we are asking in real-world landscapes right now in the Great Lakes, Colorado Basin, Salish Sea, and Northern Andes… Quoted feed from @RootingExplorer As the Design School for Regenerating Earth, how can we provide connections between bioregions that enable ever more inspiring, dynamic, life-giving, supportive, engaging, and responsive relationships, appropriate to all contexts and on-the-ground realities?

Holding the immense complexities of weaving bioregions as we prepare for a “bioregional updates” call among landscapes we collaborate with throughout North America.

This is the largest Pitaya cactus I’ve ever seen… draping more than 20 feet down from the top of a tree with roots climbing all the way up from the ground.

Joe Brewer retweeted: Feeling so much appreciation for this today – the embodied, on-the-ground aspect especially – as I feel the chaos of the spin that can happen in online, disembodied spaces.

I am going to retweet five tweets to show how @todd_x_y is erasing me from the history of Vivero for reasons that are either based in ignorance or willful deception. I’ll let you decide which is true. Quoted feed from @pennyheiple @todd_x_y (1) Todd, much of what you are saying here is true about the Vivero group’s work, Joe moving on to the Bioregional Activation work and the Design School, etc. HOWEVER, at the same time you are leaving out an important part of the story which makes what you are saying blatently…

Intrigued to see Todd claiming falsehoods like this… when it is well known that I was deeply involved in Earth Regenerators as its founder and throughout many parallel pathways in the last year. It’s true I’m not involved with Vivero, but why lie in this way? Quoted feed from @todd_x_y (1/4) The body of work that is Vivero is distinct and separate from the Barichara Regeneration Fund. It represents over a thousand hours of work on behalf of members of the Earth Regenerators community. Earth Regenerators is a network of many, not a sole voice.

Two weeks ago, I planted this bean in a new cactus garden of the food forest… now I get to watch it grow and bring nitrogen to the soil. 💚
