The Cynefin Co Health Programme: Our work with the Royal College of Nursing focuses on nurses’ experiences in delivering care and treatment across various settings during the #pandemic. At the time of the report, 743 stories from nurses were collected using #SenseMaker. In September 2020, a #workshop was held to invite a cross section of #nurses to interpret the patterns and shape recommendations for action. Major themes that emerged from that workshop included the impact of rapid change, both through external conditions and through nurses’ own situations, for example through redeployment.
