@klausbrave Well, I think we have “smart” machines because we have slowly redefined intelligence as what machines are good at. Standardize medicine and education, and you open the door for AI to do those tasks. But this is foolish, because the body and the mind are too complex & contextual

@klausbrave If we took just this one statement seriously, there could be an entire participatory research program for people to understand why this is the case, and the causal web between people and the soil. 100,000 new ways to grow and learn in this world.

@klausbrave Maybe we should cede the entire knowledge-compounding economy (what I call techknowlogy) to AI (in the same way that we ceded data storage and information retrieval). The question now is “what are people actually good for?” I don’t so much see a new we space as a new human.
