#Proven #Sensemaker Client Experience to Explore:

The Cynefin Co. collaborated with Liverpool John Moores University and Fans Supporting Foodbanks (FSF) to understand food-bank and pantry users’ experiences.

FSF is a joint collaboration between fans from Liverpool F.C. and Everton F.C. that began in 2015. FSF provide a quarter of all food donations to north Liverpool food banks and has built its own network of food pantries serving many disadvantaged communities across Liverpool and the #UK.

🌟 Findings:

Our #Cynefin SenseMaker® #datacollection tool is part of efforts to improve the FSF service even more. One of the most striking findings so far is that the main feeling the food pantries inspired was joy. A real testament to the hard work of the fans and volunteer staff. We’ve created a storybook (available for the client only) of food pantry users that can be used to create evidence-based interventions to plug gaps in the service and identify opportunities to expand into other areas like advice. We are proud to support FSF’s #rightofood campaign.
