We need new narratives that are compelling and empowering towards citizens to actively shape and cocreate the future they are striving for.

For this edition of our Online Salon, Jascha Rohr virtually meets Roman Huber, the Federal Executive of Mehr Demokratie e.V. April 29, 2020

Having organized numerous Citizen’s Assemblies it becomes clear that we need more education for people to embrace these processes from higher levels of emotional and cognitive complexity. What we are striving for is flipping the incentive structures of governments. They have to earn the reputation and be held accountable for their actions regularly, rather than just every couple of years.

Towards the end of the conversation Jascha includes concepts of how to change the process structure for the WHO as well as Climate Conferences.
