On June 12 We are inviting you to join us at #Rotterdam, #Netherlands Workshop in collaboration with jb Lorenz to explore:

How to involve #citizens, service users, the workforce, and #policymakers in #healthcare and #socialcare decision-making and evaluation.

During the pandemic, we saw a greater need to combine The #Voice of the #citizen and end service user, their loved ones and the #workforce who work so hard to provide the best possible #care.

By weaving the threads from these various narratives, our main focus was to navigate this #complex field in partnership with their stakeholders, enabling meaningful discussion and collaborative action.

During this #workshop, participants will enjoy a blended learning experience of short lecture-style inputs on theory and principles, panel discussions and case study shares, with facilitated exercises, open discussions and Q&A to enhance integration and application.
