Alex is a writer, executive coach, practitioner of somatic psychotherapy, and entrepreneur. He’s the co-founder of Natura Care, a non-profit addiction program harnessing psychedelics. I’m also the founder of Sons of Now, a men’s group for the metamodern man.
I came across his work when I was invited to be a part of the men’s group that he runs, and we did a call together to see if we vibed. We did, and although I haven’t joined that group (yet) we both knew we wanted to spend some time jamming on what interested us. So, here’s an episode, like many others, where two of us go into earnest dialogue following what we think is interesting.
