Dear Behice, yes i hear you. What you describe is real. I felt it while in being in Istanbul last year. And i felt it when visiting Brazil, the Philippines, among others. And i feel it here in the US. Which is precisely why the events next week matter so much. But when you look at history over the centuries here is the thing: history never goes in straight lines. It’s back and forth all the time. So it works in cycles. And the other thing is that the human spirit has tendency to bounce back. In other words, when the outer conditions worsen, then it can be counterbalanced by an inner awakening. Look at what the countries in central / Eastern Europe went thru after WWII. So i know this doesn’t really help. So what do we have now? We have each other. When systems collapse or turn hostile, then people have to connect and rise. What that means in different contexts can mean different things. But thats what i meant with the darkest hour is just before the dawn. It’s a spiritual principle. It’s a principle that we can activate if we put our attention on it in the right way…
