In order to heal culture and address existential risk, we need to heal our broken scripts of desire. Only when I become a New Human, we can create the New Humanity.
Desire is the very essence of who I am, and desire is always for value. To be alive is to access the unique quality of my desireโmy Unique Self, the unique expression of the First Principles and First Values of Reality awake and live in me.
We lose access to the unique script of desire, which is encrypted in the body sacred, whenโusually in early childhoodโour very aliveness is shamed, and we lose trust in the body and in the goodness and dignity of our desires. โTransitional objectsโ of all kindsโfrom security blankets to ideologiesโbecome our false scripts of desire.
But my unique configuration of desire is the plug that allows me to access the goodness and aliveness of Reality. We have to find our way back and re-access desire as it lives in the body. For that, we need a new narrative of desire, a new narrative of sex. Eros is ethos. Sex is ethics. Our Code of Ethos is enfleshed in our bodies.
The new narrative of desireโSex Eroticโis knowing that the desire that moves in me is the desire of Reality. Only Sex Erotic can heal the body politicโwhen we feel and honor the desire of its every member and every tribe.
