Any attempt to give a definitive answer to the problem of suffering is obscenity.

We never can try and storm the gates of heaven in this Promethean way, where the nature of the fire that we want to bring down from heaven is that we have an answer for everything. We don’t. We don’t! But our response is not blind faith. Our response is we protest! We demand answers from on high. Number ONE.

TWO, we commit Outrageous Acts of Love.

But THREE, we are willing because, because we’re mad lovers. Because we’re Outrageous Lovers. We’re willing to live in the uncertainty.
