@jackmurphylive Perhaps the answer is seasonality. Many ways to work with that kind of rhythm – i.e. open for a season when promoting a new project, then locked for a season and focused more on engaging with existing followers.

@spencemo_c Yes, open to visitors May 1 – Oct 15. Right now it’s a campsite + we’re planning some events this summer. There’s no village yet, that will likely take 10+ years to build.
