It @mtaibbi is not wrong, we are being disinformed. That is, your consent is disinformed consent which is no consent at all. Whether you may happen to support this program is irrelevant. The fact that you have neighbors who were disinformed against their will is what matters.

It’s multiple individuals/groups. This is not small or confined. Whatever this is, it’s neither tiny nor unified. It may be a cover narrative, disinformation, propaganda, a cult, mass delusion, etc. But what it is not is a prank. single individual/group, or garden variety scam.
