He then concludes by observing that the liberation of the Palestinian people ultimately requires an embrace of nonviolent resistance, as exemplified by the successful resistance movements led by Gandhi and MLK. However, as long as Hamas remains in the picture, such a nonviolent path to liberation will be stymied.
