This workshop is designed to help you :

• Further develop your emotional intelligence, capacity for deep empathy, authentic connection, and full acceptance of what is true in the moment.

• Deepen your ability to really hear and support someone without having to “fix” them or give unsolicited advice.

• Provide you with insights & skills that will enable you to respond rather than react to unexpected and/or adverse experiences experiences.

• Get underneath the surface conversation to what someone is actually feeling or needing.

As you can imagine, holding true to our strict 5:1 student teacher ratio can make these events a bit pricey – We do have a few $100 scholarships on reserve for students who need them!
